Compassionate, Collaborative Support for Life’s Challenges

Life can feel overwhelming when you're balancing relationships, family responsibilities, personal expectations, and unexpected changes. You may be doing your best to hold everything together while quietly wondering where to turn for support.

I'm Britney Redden, a Supervisee in Social Work in Virginia. I hold master's degrees in Social Work and Public Administration, have a background in forensic psychology, and bring nearly a decade of experience supporting individuals and families through mental health challenges, healthcare experiences, caregiving, and major life transitions.

I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, burnout, grief, relationship difficulties, identity concerns, infertility, reproductive challenges, and significant life changes.

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive. Together, we'll explore what's weighing on you, recognize the strengths you already possess, and develop practical tools for healthier patterns, stronger relationships, and greater emotional well-being.

Faith, Spirituality, and Emotional Wellness

As a Christian therapist, I recognize that faith and spirituality can be meaningful parts of a person's identity and healing journey. I welcome clients of all backgrounds, beliefs, and experiences, and respect each person's values and perspective.

For clients who wish to incorporate Christian faith into therapy, I can thoughtfully integrate biblical principles and faith-based perspectives. This may include exploring marriage, singlehood, church hurt, spiritual questions, and the relationship between faith and mental health. Faith integration is always guided by your preferences and goals.

You Don't Have to Figure It All Out Alone

You don't need to have the right words, a clear plan, or everything figured out before beginning therapy. My goal is to create a supportive space where you can show up as you are, explore what matters most, and take meaningful steps toward healing, growth, and wholeness.

Taking the first step is enough.

Britney plans to provide Virginia services under clinical supervision after her supervisee approval is confirmed. She is not currently available for appointments.
