Website information

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 11, 2026. This policy describes how Inflection Therapy & Consulting, PLLC (“we,” “us”) handles information collected through our public website and registrations for educational group intensives.

Information we collect

When you contact us or register for an intensive, we may receive your name, email address, telephone number, registration details, and messages you choose to send. Our website hosting and payment providers may also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, and transaction records. Payment card details are processed by the payment provider rather than collected directly through our website.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, administer registrations and payments, send event confirmations and joining instructions, provide customer support, maintain security, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not ask you to include diagnoses, treatment history, or other sensitive health information in Stripe checkout fields.

Service providers

Our website is hosted using Netlify and payments may be processed by Stripe. We may use a virtual meeting provider and an email-delivery service to administer intensives. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices. We do not sell your personal information.

Communications

We may email you about a registration, schedule change, or payment. Promotional emails, if offered, should be separately optional. You may contact us to ask about your registration information or request correction, subject to applicable retention obligations.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for registration administration, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Clinical services and health information

This public-website policy is not a substitute for our clinical Notice of Privacy Practices. If you become a therapy client, protected health information is handled under the separate privacy notices, consent forms, and secure systems applicable to clinical care. Please do not submit sensitive clinical details through ordinary event-registration or website contact fields.
