Effective date: October 11, 2026. These terms govern use of the public website of Inflection Therapy & Consulting, PLLC and registration for its educational virtual group intensives. By using the website or registering, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Website information
Website content is general educational information and does not create a therapist–client relationship. It is not individualized mental health or medical advice and is not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number.
Educational group intensives
Our advertised group intensives are educational and personal-development events, not individual or group psychotherapy. Event descriptions specify the topic, date, duration, format, and price. The registration fee for the currently advertised three-hour virtual intensives is $500 per participant unless a particular event page states otherwise.
Registration and participation
A registration is confirmed after successful payment and confirmation from us. Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact information, checking joining instructions, and arranging a suitable private location and internet connection. We may establish reasonable group participation and confidentiality expectations. Because other participants are present, we cannot guarantee that other attendees will maintain confidentiality.
Cancellations, transfers, and refunds
Please read the Group Intensive Cancellation & Refund Policy before purchasing. It describes the applicable refund deadlines, transfers, no-shows, and what happens if we cancel or reschedule an intensive. That policy is incorporated into these terms for educational intensive registrations. Any nonwaivable consumer rights under applicable law remain in effect.
Payments and third parties
Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor, which has its own terms and privacy policies. Virtual meeting and email services may also be provided by third parties. We are not responsible for outages beyond our reasonable control; if we cancel or reschedule an intensive, our cancellation policy applies.
Materials and acceptable use
Unless otherwise stated, materials provided through the website or intensives are for your personal use. Do not reproduce, resell, or publicly distribute them without permission. Do not record or distribute other participants’ statements or images without their explicit consent and our authorization.
Clinical services
Psychotherapy services, including the separately advertised Infertility & IVF Therapy Group, are governed by their own clinical intake, consent, privacy, payment, and cancellation policies. Registering for an educational intensive does not establish a clinical relationship.
