Registration information
Group Intensive Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Inflection Therapy & Consulting, we understand that plans sometimes change. Because our virtual group intensives have limited registration spaces and require advance preparation, the following cancellation policy applies.
Participant cancellations
- 14 or more calendar days before the intensive: Full refund of the registration fee.
- 7–13 calendar days before the intensive: 50% refund of the registration fee.
- Fewer than 7 calendar days before the intensive: Registration fees are nonrefundable.
- No-shows: Participants who do not attend are not eligible for a refund.
Transferring your registration
If you cannot attend, you may request a one-time transfer to another available group intensive of equal value, provided your request is received at least 7 calendar days before your scheduled intensive. Transfers are subject to availability and must be used within 12 months of the original event date.
If we cancel or reschedule
If Inflection Therapy & Consulting cancels an intensive, you will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer your registration to another available date.
If an intensive is rescheduled and the new date does not work for you, you may request a full refund.
How to request a cancellation
All cancellation and transfer requests must be submitted in writing through our contact page. The date your request is received determines refund eligibility.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and financial institution.

These group intensives are educational and personal-development experiences and are not a substitute for individual psychotherapy or emergency mental health services.
By completing registration, participants acknowledge that they have reviewed and agreed to this cancellation and refund policy, when that acknowledgment is collected during checkout.
