How group therapy works

Group therapy is different from a one-time therapeutic intensive. It typically brings a small group of adults together for recurring, clinician-facilitated sessions around a shared experience. Before joining, participants may be invited to a brief screening conversation to determine fit and discuss expectations, privacy, and group agreements.

Inflection provides virtual services in Virginia, Maryland, and Florida, subject to clinician licensure and appropriateness for the service.
