Picked at peak ripeness and slow-dried on raised beds, this lot leans into the wild, fruit-forward character that made Guji famous. The cup opens with jammy blueberry, settles into cocoa and stone fruit as it cools, and finishes with a lingering note of jasmine. We roast it light to keep the aromatics intact.
